Ich medication in the UK

Can anyone advise me of the best ich meds available in the UK for bettas? Bob the Betta survived dropsy only to now go down with ich..... I'm sure he's done it deliberately!! He only has a few spots, is eating well and appears healthy, so I'd like to catch it early. There are no other fish in the tank with him, so I am wacking the temp up and adding some salt. What else do I need to do??

dont use meds and salt together and keep the light off in the tank, if it has one.
