Ich Help Please

One of my bigger fish have alot of ich on them really noticable white spots..

I know it spreads fast and i realized that maybe 5 more of the fish have really really
small spots 1 or 2 and u need to look really close to even see it.. Should i jsut treat
the guy who has it really bad or treat the whole tank???

Please answer me fast before my fish get wiped out =0(

i would treat the full tank depending in what stage the white spot is in
