ICH & feeding

I'm doing everything possible for this disease but the only thing that I don't know is if I can feed the fish. I have a lot of healthy ones in the tank and only a couple of sick ones...how long can they go without food? I'm afraid they'll get weak and get Ich too!

generally ich is not the casue of over feeding,( i think) but i know PH will often cause it. how your ph? and do some water changes if you are ubsing quick qure.... also this problem may go to 2 weeks..... just feed once a day and wait..... try add salt a pinch per gallon ( even thought ppl dun like that) but if oyu got tetras then DON"T! and cory too. but normally you sould add some aqurium salt ( i add sea salt) in your new water so it's bateria free. also is your tank under nitrogen cycle?

with the mollies and platy, and guppys I also would reccomend some salt, ussually a teaspoon per 5 gallons, but i'm not sure if they will harm your plants. The salt ussually helps when you're treating for diseases and ich.
