My cat has fallen in to my tanks (as well as the bath tub while I was in it, she is such a clutz) and fallen into my 1000L pond, but she still can't resist that wonderful fishy taste of fish tank water. And it's not just because it's aged water that she drinks it because she is equally happy drinking running water straight from the tap, in fact she demands it while I'm having a shower.
A cat I once knew learnt the hard way not to try drinking from the Oscar tank!
