For $300 ish dollors that aint to bad, the Halides & Live Rock would probably cost around this

I don't know what prices are where you are at but you can buy a new 240 gallon tank stand and canopy for that buy it now price. From the picture I'd say the owner didn't really take care of the tank. You don't see any livestock in there. You don't know if it has ever been treated with copper. The light isn't worth a crap IME.

Personally I would never buy a used system unless I could look at it running and meet its owner. I'd look for something else unless this is the exact tank you want for some specific reason.
