I Think Something's Wrong With Hopper

I misted his cage earlier today and he was coughing, or something like it. I misted it and he stopped. Was he just too dry?

Not sure who or what Hopper is, I assume some sort of frog, I've never had this happen but my guess is that the tank was too dry him and that more misting is in order. I'd reccomend misting twice daily (that's what I do for my Pacman frog) that way you're 100% certain that his tank is humid and moist enough
