i think my neon tetra has fungus

One of my neon's has a white mark on its back and its puffed up. I only found it this morning, and removed it from the tank. My fish have had fungus before and it wiped out the whole tank. I am not sure if it is fungus as normlly it is on their head

Could you give us a pic?

If not, just go out and grab some anti-fungal meds. A little salt may help too, but only if you do not have any scaleless fish like catfish.
