I Think My Molly Has Ich

I bought 2 marble mollies today from my lfs i noticed one of them had some white spots. I dont know if its ich or if its just some of the colouring it looks shinier than all of the other white spots on its body?
How can I tell if its actually ich ?

Ich will be like kinda of cotton spots that are very tiny. Almost like salt would have been sprinkled on the fish.

Although it it's shiny and kind of gold looking you may want to look into the disease "velvet".
