Twiglet and Eeyore
She's grown really big...at least double the size since I got her and the other 2 shrimp are still about the same size as when I got them. Anyway, she tuned really yucky (sorry shrimp) and has this grey area around her tummy. I thought nothing of it cos I thought they didn't really breed readily.
Today I sat there looking at her thinking maybe shes not an amano shrimp after all cos all the pictures out there show they are translucent white colour with pinky brown dashed. And this grey colouring she's getting just didn't fit.
But I've just looked on web out of curiousity and I found this pic:

After a bit of research it seems that they are easy to breed afterall but it's hard to raise the young (they need brackish water it says).
I just think it's cool and I hope it means that if they're breeding then they must be happy
