I think a sick betta

My betta for the last few hours has just been sitting on the gravel and wont do anything. I tried to put a mirror up to the side maybe to wake him but but i still got nothing. Please help

Should i add salt

I wouldn't worry too much if he's just being lazy. Does he appear to be breathing heavy or anything?
