yes it was a proud moment for me seeing my plattie give birth went a bit mad and caught 5 babies then got the mother n put it in another tank ( i was wrong to do that wasnt i ) but so been waiting for them to have babies and not had much luck, but why did the platties have a huge white mark on its tummy?...only reason i looked at it was cos i thought it had some white spot or something then only to see it giving birth (Pround parent) but whats the white mark all about is that something to do with being preggies?...kinda like its lost its colour........would be good to know ta

Is the white mark fluffy looking, plus do you add the mother to the other tank at the same temp.

Congrats on the fry. But, in order to know what it is, can you describe it a little bit better, or post a picture, either would be very helpful
