I need opinion on this gravel siphons

Hi, I need a review/opinion on the first and following ones:

I need the siphon hose to be height of between 30-40 cm, enough not to suck up my sand.

Tank info:

Heigh-> 45/6 cm high
Substrate used-> really fine sand

Would work with gravel, but I've got sand in my tank and I'm looking for a one just like I described. I've been loooking for two and then see people's opinion on them (links I posted).
First or second siphon?
I like both of them, but there can be only one winner..

It's very similar to the on I have.

In about another two weeks later... I can get it and wait another week for it.
It's about one month wasted and my sand is dirty.. evil.

A normal gravel cleaner will clean sand or gravel. If you have concerns about the sand being sucked up, kink the hose a bit to stop the sand getting taken out with the water.
