I Need Help!

The betta is getting some what skinnier and its tail is like rotting away, Im gonna try and give it medicine for Fin Rot, but its stomach is sorta white and small, does anyone know whats wrong with it? He is also sorta swimming at the top and acting weird and hes not as active

Could be internal bacteria, which often causes wasting away of the fish/anorexia even if it is still eating fine and lethargy- is his poop white and stringy at all and is his bum inflamed or red looking?

I don't see any white poop, and im not sure about his bottom being red. It juts looks weird, im thinking that the Fin rot has gotten so bad that its getting up to his body, I just hope he will be ok.

Keep treating him and don't forget the salt. I have one with the fin/tail rot and am adding 1 teas. for a gallon tank and that seems to be making him more comfortable than with less salt. I am also adding Melafix. I had one that on hindsight probably had fin/tail rot that got to his body and he died from it. I wish you better luck with your fishy than I had with mine
