POssibly they wwill.. but once the teeth start to grow you need to bush them twice a week with toothpaste (none stripey as this confuses other fish if the paste gets stuck on the gums)

NO seriously... anyone redig this post dont attempt that as fish dont like fresh minty breaths! )
