First and foremost I would like to ask for some advice.
I'm planning to Cross my Moscow (M) x HBRed (F).
I'm hoping for an outcome of a Full Black Body Moscow and a Red Dorsal and Caudal Finnage.

Or any advice on what Strains should I use to make this kind of straits possible. 🙏🙏

Without going into genetics, simply by culling and using the fish that have the traits you want to promote.

For a first try I would go with a Moscow that is completely black and a Red rose that has the darkest body and red fins possible.

Now you can end with nearly all combinations, red fish with black fins, all red all black, Black with red fins... But it the joy of trying...

The fun part is that new generations comes fast enough and you don't have to wait an eternity to see the results.

Using a male moscow to a female Hb red will result in males with a dark body from caudal penducle to the nose. The fins however will be red or a almost black with red markings.
You need to understand that when you use a HB red female that she already carries the nigrocaudatus 2 gene which is related to the moscow gene. And the female that carries the moscow, nigrocaudatus 2 (black on body till the shoulder) or nigrocaudatus 1 gene (total black), carries it dominantly. Moscow males however carry the moscow gene recessively and not dominantly. If you would cross a moscow male to a non moscow female, the male offspring will only show moscow on the head (and shoulders) and not the whole body.
Nigrocaudatus 1 and 2 are base colors and not second colors, while moscow is a second color on a grey base color.
What I'm now stating goes only when your female is clean (without sperm storage of a former mating), so that you are a 100% sure that the particular male will be the father of the offspring.
What @MaloK has mentioned to use a rosetail female is a good idea. But that's because I like rosetails more than an actual delta tail.
