Hi

It's very unlikely your Ottos will spawn in your tank without you providing specific conditions. Ottos are very hard fish to spawn generally.

Ottos spawning in an aquarium, isn't something that happens a lot. If it does happen, and it's in a tank with guppies, the eggs will get eaten.
What do you do? ... buy some ottos and put them in with your guppies. You guppies won't get ill or die from eating other fish' eggs, it just means you won't have young ottos.

Otos usually spawn in secluded places, the guppies are so bloody stupid they may not find the eggs.

But as said, it would be surprising if your otos spawned.
