I Love My Lfs!

Hey
Just wanna say I love my lfs 'Little Fish' in Taunton!
I went in the other week asking for a few different Cories I was looking for.
Well I went in yesterday as I am also buying some Bearded Dragons and he told me he has the ones I asked for on order, they were meant to come yesterday but because of weather they won't send them out but I get them hopefully next week YAY!!!!!

Does everyone else love their lfs?

not really i have 2 near me 1 is clean and looks good but is overpriced and has all common fish in the other has rarer stuff but the quality is poor

I use Maidenhead Aquatics in Wimborne and highly recommend them.

I've bought tropical and Tanganyikan fish there, the fish are healthy, the tanks are well setup and clean and the staff are great

That sucks, the guys in mine are excellent so chatty and helpful! I go in there so often and they remember everything I tell them
they laugh when I say I buy off ebay though haha

me go and pick a tank up from
another pet shop he was a great
guy he died two years ago from
parkinson's i miss him a good bloke
i knew him for 20yrs salt of the earth

There is really only one decent lfs around me in the states, but there prices are sometimes outrageous!

I'm the same, since I started on malawi I've had to, no LFS around here stocjk anything other than yellow labs
