If anyone here knows me, they know I have 3 healthy tree frogs.
A little while ago (about a 2 months I think) my fav little frog Sigmound decided to not eat. Well, with MAM's help and help from reptile forum, he ate and returned to normal.
Until tonight, I found my little baby gone.
:-( :-( ( I am so upset I am still crying)
He died cause I have a mister in the tank with them to help with humidity and he fell in. I have rocks pilled around it, and leaves coming out of it so they can climb out, but I think he burned his little body and drowned.
My Hubby was so helpful and my son hugged me, but I feel to blame that I lost my little boy.
It was my fault.
So for anyone with a mister in their tank, be careful with them.
Here is a pic of him when he was little, I miss him so much.
Actually I love this pic so much that it is in my profile and I carry it with me

oh eg, i 'm so sorry!!!! rip little sigmound....... :byebye:

what mister do you use by the way? its not your fault hon', you did all that you could to make sure they could get out if they fell in. sometimes, these things just happen. he lived a happy froggy life with you so don't beat yourself up over it. you took great care of him, even got him to eat again. you did your best.

Thanks MAM
:-(
It is one of those foggers, I can't remeber by who. The ones that create a mist in the tank increasing th humidity.
:-(

*gives a million cyber hugs*

:rip:

BTW, I love that picture. Make sure your other frogs are safe and remember it wasn't your fault!
