Hi everyone,

BBS tend to swim towards a light source (not the brightest stars in the sky) and my little dwarfs were haveing a time trying to catch them. I turned off the lights and shined this little reading light at a corner of the tank. Pretty soon, that corner was swarming with BBS and subsequently, hungry dwarf corydoras. The habrosus would just park and suck up BBS, very funny to watch.

Dinner time!

Cool pictures lljdma. I noticed that a lot of the pictures of your habrosus looked more like pygmaeus although I see habrosus in there too.

Well, they are kept together, though I will say, the habrosus are the more assertive fish. At least in this tank. I'm so excited for them, the sand is on its way, and they are going to be so comfortable once the substrate is switched. I liked the wood I picked out for them too.

Very nice, great idea. Whenever I feed em live BS the only ones they eat are the dead ones that fall to the bottom. This should solve that problem.

Thanks.

Glad this is a good idea. My other fish have such an easy time with the BBS, but the catfish really prefer food that is on or near the substrate.
