I have always cleaned out the 10 Gallon using a gravel vac but never really payed attention to what I was vaccuuming from where. Well, for some reason I was paying attention today, and I just cracked up! I was vaccuuming along on Koenig's side of the tank and was getting worried because I didn't see any poo go up. Then I got to where his cave sets. It was FILTHY under that thing!!! He uses the inside of his cave as his toilet!!! That's the ONLY place I got any poo from on his side!

Sorry, I know this was kind of a pointless thread, but it really cracked me uP!

 I've noticed that before with the bettas I keep in cycled/gravel tanks....they always go in the same place, it's so crazy. Way better than fish who swim around toting streamers, not caring at all where they lay their mess....be it all over plants or neatly displayed along the gravel :grr:

This is yet another reason why bettas own most fish :p

Mine must be nasty boys..as poop is littered from one end of each of their sections to the other. :/

Wish mine did that lol.

Well, my other three certainly don't do that... just him. That's why it cracked me up so much! ;)
