1 if i know that im upgrading at chrismas could i add a sand sifting star fish? my upgrade would be a 4 by 2 by 2 foot.

my tank atm is 140L with sump. my upgrade will be about 500L inc sump? (about)

1. I would avoid a sandsifter in a nano they will soon clear everything up and will die off (Any reason you want one?) If you just want a star look at brittles as they will feed on general tank stuff.

2. CUC is better added slowly over time too much too soon and they will have little to eat and die off. I have just read what they are offering on that pack Conches need a bit of algae. Abalone cool addtion very diffrent. Cucumbers not something I have used nor would I recomend without the nesscary reaserch

Cant go wrong with a good mix of snails and some hermits

well i wanted one cos my sand is very dirty. i know i could add more nass and cerith snails but if im going to upgrade soon i was just wondering if i could add one any way.

The Byno Goby seems to be the hardiest sand sifter blue cheeks can go either way

Save for your large tank. Be very careful with cucumbers, unless you are sure of the species and it's adult size, some grow massive!! You also have to have all powerheads etc covered, much like an anemone.

thanks every one for your info yer i know seffie the only thing i will have in my tank is my power heads but im going to need to put protectors for them.
