i have a trio of cacatuoides and 1 of the females has about 30 fry hanging around her. what do i do now? i have another female in the tank but the male is keeping her away for now. i have another tank set up next to it ready but when do i move them and how?? and they dont seem to be touching the baby food ive been putting in are they too small for food?? it is a well planted tank so maybe they are feeding off them???

Apistogramma cacatuoides fry are small and can't eat anything but minute foods, start them out with infusoria. Some breeders put a piece of javamoss with the young because it will provide the infusoria. After a few days start adding microworms and/or newly hatched brine shrimp. Adults will readily eat newly hatched brine shrimp as well as flake food, adult brine shrimp
