Okay, this waiting time limit thing for PM's is really frustrating me. Is it possible that we only enact this time limit for newbie's? LIke until you ahve accumulated 30 posts or sopmething? I just think it's kind of absurd( and really annoying)

already tried its soooo annoying its unreal, when mailbox is full and you cant send more ( but dont realise) when you try and fail to snd it also counts as sent so you have to empty mailbox, save that message and come back later to send it anyway
have a look further down, its titled something like " will this ever end"
