I Hate You All (sand Lovers)!

Curse you all, showing me how amazing sand looks compared to gravel!

I tried dark sand in my nano tank yesterday and now I'm hooked.

I went to the LFS this morning to buy another 25kg of black sand, then spent all afternoon scooping gravel out, salvaging snails and cleaning the new sand

I'm really happy with how it looks now though and the fish seem to love it too, my peppered corys have been playing about in it all evening, something they couldn't do in the sharp gravel

I love sand, but for silly reasons I prefer yellow sand because it shows every little piece of dirt which keeps me on my toes and I swish out the debris where I can 2-3 times a day. Having 2-3" fish means having at 1cm poop a few times a day so it needs dealing with which I think gives me a cleaner tank. blah blah blah.

Haha, I've been asked before about selling, never been made a serious offer though.

I think it's a male as he has 7-10mm odontodes on his cheeks.
