It would help if you stated these:

1. Water parameters. (ammonia, nitrate, nitrite, PH, temp', Hardness etc)
2. A full description of the fishes symptoms.
3. How often you do water changes and how much.
4. Any chemicals and treatments you add to the water.
5. What tank mates are in the tank.
6. Tank size.
7. Finally Have you recently added any new fish?

2. he showed 0 symptoms, he was just swimming today.
I do 30 percent water changes 1nce a week
The only thing I have in the tanks is water conditioner.
Tank mates are 3 glo fish, tetras, 3 red eyed tetras, 1 betta, 3 live bearer's
tank size is 20 gallons
I just recently add betta fish

increase the number of guppies...
bettas are very territorial and with just 3 guppies the chances of the betta picking on the same poor guy are high..if there's a bunch of them like 15..even if he tries to pick on one
it won't be the same one over and over...
you should however expect some losses here and there as bettas are territorial by nature and it's the main reason people keep them singled out in 5gallon tanks
also plants or some sort of hideouts...floating plants are nice for guppies as a hideout too

Someone told me about guppy grass. I can buy at amazon. I do need more plants for my tanks,
However I have been keeping eye on Betta, he tends to himself as he is swimming. I will be getting new tank this week and I can keep betta in his new home. I will get more guppies. I love guppies, they are beautiful fish,

I like java moss better as it can give that carpet look when it attaches to things like driftwood
and duck weed as floaters (I wouldn't use floaters if not using a sponge filter as it can plug things quite fast)
if you have a pair of guppies you don't need more...they'll multiply enough to the point you will either sell them or throw that betta in there to go to town on the fry xD

I'll check on Amazon for java moss, I also have all male guppies. I'll have to go to ebay and pick up male and female guppies. I like how you say give the fry to the Betta. lol. I'm sure betta would go to town on the fry. Do guppies eat their own fry? Now how does this go? how many females do I need for breeding guppies? And how many males?

it would be preferable to have 3 females per 1 male but some people get away with 2 females per 1 male

they will eat some of their fry...you can have a fry box if you want to breed more of them and actually keep them...
a 3:1 as @joeyr188 mentioned is a good ratio
female guppies can breed for months without a male after being fertilized the first time as they keep the male sperm for later spawns..

I have a 20 gallon tank, so if I get a female guppy with babies, how many of the fry can I keep? That is, along with my other fishes.

I just did a 35 percent wc today. So should I do 30 Percent wc, weekly? I have a 20 gallon with tetras, 9, and red eyed tetras 3, and ,4 guppies, 3 live bearers. My tank is cycled btw.

what is a "live bearer"? there are many different types of those
what are the "tetras"? the one you stated before the reed eyed tetras

if you do 35% normally, that is a good amount and no need to change

I would not add any more fish, as the tank is already fully stocked. however i do think it is beneficial to get some guppy grass or java moss

do you have a photo of the tank?

you can use a fry box...usually the spawns are 10 to 30 fry...I've seen an average of about 15-20 in a fry box
when you see the female with a huge stomach means she's pregnant...and when her stomach kind of has a indent in the front side of her stomach means she's close to spawn
and that's when you put her in a fry box...she'll spawn usually within a week after that...
grab one of those that has very small cuts at the bottom to still allow water to pass through but not allow the fry to get out
something like this: https://www.amazon.com/dp/B08B58H9C5/?tag=ff0d01-20
after she spawns just put her back in the tank and leave the fry in there for about a month and they should be big enough for other fish to let them be
just make sure you remove the spawn dividers etc...when you put the female back to give the fry more space to swim around in that box
