I got my new babies from Yeevia. Two beautiful females and two georgous males! I'm going to let them settle before taking any pics to show off.

I was watching the mail carrier. The box CLEARLY states "Live Tropical Fish" meanwhile, i was watching her flip the box around, carrying it roughly. When she came to the door, I said "I hope you didnt kill them with all the jolting" And she was like "Oh, sorry" All embarressed that she got caught roughing the box. grr.. stupid ignorant people.

EDIT: I have to quarentee one of the males before I put him in the tank with the female. He looks like he may have some ich :(

Once they settle, they'll be in for pictures :)

the one with ich doesnt look too bad. I dont blame him for getting ich with the rough handling the carriers gave them

He sure does :D

Im gunna have to get another 1gal tank. I was expecting 3, not 4! lol. I had to rehome one of my bettas to make room for them, lol. Thats ok, the smallest female is currently in a half gal bowl till I get a better home for her

I'd only want one (I could only house 1) so I guess I'd have to ask for.....0? :kana:

:dunno:

:shifty:

:flex:

I love my smiles

Cant wait for the pictures. Hows Frank btw? Havent talked to him for a while. Saw him on a flowerhorn forum a few months back.

Oh yeah. Great to heart that you got them all. Topeka postman here are better and they worried when they see live tropical fish when they delivery. LOL They all get use to me now and they know I do send out live betta and no problems to put a big sign "tropical Live Fish" . LOL.
Is the solid royalblue male got ick? He might don't like the blue stuff and all the trip plus that post lady. Makesure put him in seperated container for the moment and don't mixed with others until he recovery. He just too stress and he will be fine with giving him some salt treatment. Makesure declorinate your water and aged it too at least 24 hours before putting the betta. The longer the better.
Hi. :) Oh yeah, I like to add more if I can to put into the box. I got too many freebies after all. I am sellecting the best one now for the coming competition so there are still many that is good to breed. The butterfly HM male is the best one I got and you have it now. LOL Else he will be sure including my collection for the competition. LOL

Its not the solid one. its the butterfly one. He's in a 1 gal now. he had some salty like spots on him, not alot. I put some stress coat and salt in the bowl. I made sure none of your water got in, just in case if that's what he didnt like.

All the others are healthy and swimming. :)

I had the tank set, dechlorinated and even abit salted since sunday. The water's all good, heater's in, set to 78* (good temp?)

I also got live plants in the tank too! The fern doesnt want to stay down since the roots are not fingered, just a stick. I packed the gravel tightly around it to keep it down. The other plants, the leafy one, is down well. First time Im doing live plants, lets hope it's ok!
