I Got Mold On My Rocks

Well, I've had my jumbo swamp with filter for about a month and never had any problems, since the last time I changed water (3 days ago), it seems something has happend, today when I went to change the water, I noticed that my rocks in the swamp have developed Mold.
The only thing different I have done is move the rocks in a different position, maybe it was cutting the water flow? could that be it?

Why would I suddenly develop mold?

How dangerous is mold to my red eared sliders?

Keep in mind, this jumbo swamp is not indoors, but in the balcony of the apartment.
The sun my turtles gets is the naturals sunlight, I don't have any of those special lamps.
