I Got A Chameleon!

Its a veiled one and about a month old. Ive name him Geppetto for now. I was going to call him Mad Eye Moody from Harry Potter but didnt think it suited a chameleon!
Anyway, here he is!!!

Yea I got a beardie a couple weeks ago. Hes growing fast!

I did have him in a flexarium but he was hard to find so I went and got a 30cm square exo terra for whilst he is so small.

If you mean my beardie, he is in a 4 foot viv. I think he may be starting to shed now, he isnt basking as much now and is hiding under his piece of wood more often.

My next pet is either going to be a horned frog or a corn snake I expect it will be the frog though they look so funny!

yea the 30cm exo is way big enough for a baby,anything bigger and they will struggle to catch food.
Horned frogs are fantastic although they are a bit dodgy at feeding time

Lol yea I have heard! Im on a forum and the other day someone posted a pic of their hand that their frog had attempted eating!
They are kind of cute though!

aww looks like a bug (the most cute bug ever!) I am getting one but a bit bigger, i didnt know they let thyem go so small. Hope you get on alrite with him

Actually, when you think about how chameleons move their eyes, Mad Eye Moody would have been a great name for him, Moody for short. Cute little guy. Reptiles aren't my thing, but I do frequent the reptile section of pet stores quite a bit. They usually have the best selection of driftwood, much better than in the aquarium section, and much cheaper.

Mine has had my whole finger and thumb clamped in his mouth and gawd do they have a bite when they clamp down
