I go out of town for two days and things go wrong

I go out of town for two days to see my sick great grandparents. And when I come back I find one of my bettas is consipated and his scales looked like they were sticking out this morning but they aren't now. So now I have a consitpated betta and a long finned black tetra that has some black or green stuff on a small part of his body,

Does he sorta look like a pine cone with his scales sticking out?

It kinda did this morning but now it went back to normal, I guess it was just because I was really tired this morning and I was in a rush to get to school.

Are you sure, when any fish pincones, it usualy means they have dropsy. I am not good at explaining it, but PM Wilder for more info.

Well like I said my eyes might have been playing tricks on me and i was in a rush.
