You can't get like me
I am so excited about this I just had to post a topic! I found an absolutely excellent LFS here! I have been in there about 2 times before this, but never knowticed how great it is. So here is how it started.
About 1-2 months ago, I asked if they had any apisto in. They said no, and asked what kind I wanted, and I told them Cacatuoides. Then about 2 weeks later, I come in and ask if they have any apisto in. They say no, so I take about 15-20 minutes just to browse and look around. So yesterday, I walk in and ask for some zebra danios. He then leads me to some glo-fish. He tells me that they were originally created to detect poloution. At first, I didn't believe him. So instead, I take 6 neons. While he is bagging them up, we start talking. He shows me some albino bristlenose. And then we start talking about eletric blue rams. So after I pay, he says "Thanks Bob! The apistogramma will be in about Wednesday next week!" I said "No problem, and thanks again!" I was so baffled that he remembered my name, the last time I mentioned it was 2 weeks prior!
So when I get home, I look up to see if what he said about the glo-fish was true. And to my surprise, it was. I can't wait to go back to this LFS. Sorry to write this topic because it really is not necissary, but I am just so baffled at the customer service that the guy gave me. I've talked to my local aquarium club members, and they agree that he knows what he is talking about. Wow is all I have to say.
