After regrowing most of his tail, Apollo has a relapse of the tail and fin rot that he has been fighting for months. He is also lethargic. I fear this will take his life. I am totally bummed.

He is in a gallon size tank.

He grew what he lost back and now he is losing it all again.
He has salt and Melafix in the water.
I do a full change of water once a week.
I was doing the water changes two times a week and then weaned him to once a week over time and now--as of a few days ago he started losing the tail and part of the anal fin again.

Seems like a cancer--he was in remission and now it has woke up to go at it again and take his tail all over again.
