I.d On Beetle/bug

Does anybody have any idea what this little thing is? i found it in my filter housing of my juwel tank,

dragonfly nymph...will only eat the smallest of fry. wont bother fully grown fish.

well thanks for the replies its defo pointed me in the right direction as to what it is, now i have since pulled this little man out and think this may be the damselfly nymph so i thought i would put it up here too just incase anybody else was looking for an answer.

i have also since learned they are predators and will eat your shrimp and small fish. which will also answer the dissapearance of my own little cherry shrimp boo
