Can't provide a better shot because my camera refuses to work. It was clearly mislabeled as gold spot plecostomus and it was like $5.99

OK, so the price is of no help. I think you have an L255 female or young male.
Here's a pic of one of my old L255 males (obviously with bristles which a female or young male wouldn't have).
