hi all
im a beggining saltwater keeper and i need to know if a 20 gal tank with eclipse 2 filter a=nd lighting be ok?
and it is a 20 gal high tank



o ya i have a nother Q
Ive been reading around about live rok and im good but how much do u use?
is it a pound per gal?

It all depends what you plan on putting in your tank......a 20 gallon would only be able to hold one, maybe two small fish. I wouldn't attempt to put an coral in such a smal tank, with the referenced equipment. As for live rock, I would put 20 lbs and I would put enough sand to create a 3-4 inch sand bed. Again, even with this set-up, you'll only be able to keep two small (1-3 in) fish. I wish you the best of luck!
