I Cant Search, Why?

Can anyone help, im trying to search the forum for helpful threads, but everytime I try to search it comes up with:

yeh, its broke/ in the process of being fixed, ATM. bit of a pain, but you can still search by members name. I know its not ideal, but its better than "nowt" lol' you could try scanning the pinned topics, on the subject you require, and searching for posts by members who participate in those. goggle often picks up topics, so its worth trying that too.

You can use the google fix but it is not perfect at all. I spent some time looking for one of my older posts but ended up having to trawl through every post I made to find it.
