i like these fish best from each lake which one would be best suited to live together and can i mix tanganyikas and malawis in a 70g sand substrate lots of rock clay pots and drift wood.

these r my favourites i definatly like the altolaprologus kind and labs
i also really like fish with personality and bright color

I dont think it is good to mix the two lakes in general, but I am not an african expert so I wont comment on that further. Hopefully someone more knowledgable will help you out soon.

Maybe somebody else knows species better then me, but you might want to be more specific with them. Some of the fish you've listed are points in the lake that varients of different species are named after, or common names that differ depending on location,so I don't know what actual species you are referring to.
-pombo rocks, yellow top, blue sapphire, ndumbi gold.

As for mixing lakes, it can be done, but you need to be careful with it, as their behavior and sometimes their diet are quite different. Despite this most of these fish are rock dwelling fish, meaning they share the same territory. It looks like you like enough species from each lake to do one or the other, and this is probably the best choice if you want the fish to do best.

Malawi is generally the best choice for the typical aquarist. The fish are very hardy and easy to keep, they do better in higher numbers, and they are very colorful and active. In general they are more show.
Tanganyikans need more space per fish, and even some small ones need that extra space. They are generally less colorful and less tolorant of newbie mistakes, and the color that they do have tends to come out when conditions are optimal. They also display unique behaviors, especially breeding, and are very diverse in body shape.

The end choice must be made by you though.

i really really like all the compressiceps and i really like the yellow labs and placidochromis phenochilus "blue saphire" and the pseudotropheus demasoni sp "pombo rock" are the compressiceps hard to take care of and can i mix all these fish if not which one go together

If you scratch the Demasoni and just go with the Altolamps, labido's, and placido I would say you have a workable mix. Demasoni are just too energetic and aggressive for the rest of them, and the diet is off too.

great i have chosen then i figure the compressicep will cost a lot aroud 40 bucks but there is a fire fin one for 8 and the labs will cost about 8-9 bucks and i have no clue about the othere correct me if im wrong on these what r the prices normally

When buying the A. Compressiceps try to get them as large as you can, they are the slowest growers of any cichlid that I know of.

Brichardi will work, just keep in mind that when they breed they are extremely territorial and will take a large part of the tank to themselves in this case. It might be worth just getting one.
