I have one of the 40" versions, and will be buying another some time soon. They are self contained units and so very easy to install and remove. However they do take up alot of space as in depth wise.

Pricey but a nice unit ...

Look just like the Juwel light units with end flaps added.
It might be worth checking if a Juwel unit will fit as they are cheeper than in that link.

Its finding a jewel unit. I have seen ideal units at pet smart etc, but can't get just the hood/light

They sent me an email with the sizes....2IN DEEP,3IN ACROSS,36IN LONG. It doesnt look 2" deep to me

mine is 2" height - 40 " long - and 6" depth.
