I Am Back !

It's been along time. The summer was time to play mountain bike everyday and work. I got a new pup and have been busy. I also got bored with the hobby. I have all my same cichlids some since 2009. I started to get into smaller planted tank and shrimp. I still have my true parrot and I don't think it will ever stop growing, I still have my discus and they never grow enough.

So yeah I am back But my new things are small planted tank, aquascaping, and shrimp breeding. Wow how things have changed. Haha. Anyways I am back to my winter hobby fish keeping and talking about fish.

Welcome, it's good to be back among friends.I've just come back to the Forum myself today after several months absence dealing with personal problems to do with losing my job and my home needing loads of expensive emergency repairs to roof etc. I lost interest in fish after 3 catastrophic filter failures in 3 separate tanks earlier this year which resulted in the death of most of my favourite cichlids -Ginger my beautiful red severum, Snowflake an albino convict, ASBO and Tiny Tim (jewels)2 angelfish, my bolivian ram and Heinz the mixed species mbuna. I have only have one of my original cichids left, Bonnie the convict but have restocked with 3young kribs, 2 blue acara and another angelfish in separate tanks.
