I accidentally crushed my guppy.

Something sad happened today. I was redesigning my guppy tank yesterday and I made the stupid mistake of putting a piece of wood that had yet to sink in the tank. After a couple of hours, it sank but the fin of my poor guppy was caught in it and I didn't even notice. I was just stressed with studying and more. I didn't realize until today when I was doing a water change, and I saw only 5 guppies in my tank. I was in literally shock and it made me cry when I found him. I think the reason why I care so much more about this is because he was a perfectly healthy guppy. This is the side to fishkeeping I really hate because it makes me thing about all the negatives of this hobby.

But the moral of this story is to remind people to never forget to count your fish and to always be aware of your fish when doing anything to it.

I squashed a fish with my net against the glass once I was trying to net it out and it was giving me a run for my money. I got frustrated and got hasty...poor thing

Yeah... that's not the best thing to happen. But you're not the only one. It happened even to me. So yes, I'm an accidental murderer as well...
We'll burn in hell for that... Good thing God loves me...
