Hyphessobrycon Amapaensis

Today I saw these striking fish at my LFS - in my local tap water too. They were sold at 3.95 each which looked like a bargain to me as they looked a rare find. I was wondering whether these fish are common in the hobby or whether I should buy some while they're still there. Here is a link to the Fish. I would keep a shoal of 5+ in my 10gallon.

Also any more information about them would be greatly appreciated.

I have 10 of these..took me ages to get them and they are just like neons in my experience..very peaceful and pretty fish...I would snap me up.
