Hydor Ario Coloured Lights.....

Ive just ordered a new 38w fluorescent tube for my 39gal tank, as my current bulb has blown.
As i was looking through the site i saw these hydor ario coloured lights, i have never seen these before and just wanted to know if they are any good, ive ordered a blue one for my oscar tank.

what are you experiences with these?

they have a nice effect, but, imo, not quite the result i expected. and boy do they make the tank noisy, it must be like living in an iron foundry for the fish. i would go for the none air type and pop an air disc under it!!

I havent ordered the pump version, just the standard light, i wasnt going to pay £24.99 for coloured bubbles

lol sorry. i can do better than that price here in leicester. i think the bubble light is about £18 or so but its been a while since i visited. i think the plain light is about £11 or so. but i will pm you the shop name if you want to check, it may be worth your while!
