Does anyone have experience with this fish called Hujeta pike or Ctenolucius hujeta hujeta. These look very interesting fish also could I have pictures if possible.

Thanks Francis.

Ctenolucius hujeta is a predatory living Characin which preys on small fish and inverts at the waters surface. They can grow to up to 24" in length but 8 to 10 inches is more likely in a aquarium. They are very nervous fish which will panic and ram themselves into the glass if startled, for this reason they need a large tank of a minimum of 48x18x18" .

Yes you can keep them in groups, infact it's preferable as this way they will become more confident.

Make sure there's nothing in the tank that might pick on it as they don't stand up for themselfs.

That depends on how you lable aggressive.

No they will not attack and kill your other fish for no reason.

Yes they will attack and eat any fish that they think they can fit into their mouths.
