Keep in mind that brine shrimp have very little nutritional value.

You're much better off feeding blackworms or bloodworms. :)
 
My fish love the it is very fun too watch my fish eat them b/c it looks like they try too eat all of em' before they hit the bottome like a game :lol:
 
One of my bettas I think got freaked out when he saw something in his bowl moving like they do! :lol: He just chewed them up till they were dead, spat them out, stared at it and then swam away.... :crazy:
 
Brine shrimp are like candy to fish. Frozen brine are often gut loaded with vitamins to make them nutritional (*cough* Hikari)

Maybe that's why they are sold as pets (Sea-Monkeys®). Thank goodness my kids are able to differentiate pets from fish food.

Drop these cute little guys into the water and they'd be gobbled-up by my bettas in no time.
