Hugely Pregnant Guppy With Painful Looking Something Attached To Her

Hello, I've been keeping guppies for a while now but ive never seen anything like this. It looks like she's got every disease going as well as a nasty skin problem and she's hugely pregnant, can someone give me a possible diagnosis and treatment, all of my other fish look fine, but ive isolated her anyway and i'm not sure what else to do, shes just hanging around the bottom of the tank and shes definately in pain, poor girl

How many fish and which type.
Water stats in ammonia, nitrite, nitrate, and ph.

Can you list the systoms.
When you say something stuck to her can you describe it in more detail.
