Huge Black Skirt

i have a black skirt tetra whos stomach is huge... i was just wondering why all the other one stomachs are not even close to that size... is it sick or is it full of eggs?

Or is it just fat and eating too much? If so how do I prevent her from eating so much?

It it's stomach is very large and round, it may have dropsy.
