How To Tell Male And Femlae Plecos Appart?

So all together in my house we have 4 plecos (3 commons and 1 unknown one) and I'd like to know how to tell the genders on these guys.

I'm sure that of our 3 common plecos, at least 1 of them has to be female.

What size are they?
