How to sex pink cons?

Do you have to wait for them to pair up or is there a way to tell?

pink cons get the orange in the females... and the males wont have the orange on their sides.. same as the striped ones

they also have shorter fins (usually). in some cases male cons have had orange bellies but ive probably only seen one out of the many cons i have seen before

Well from what I see I have one female in with 2 males,and one boy has got to go. The female paired up with a male instantly when added to the tank and I have a poor loner fella. I was supposed to get 2 females and a male.
