I will start this... i have two interpets - a AP series and an AV series...

For my AP3 i use two pieces of pipe on the air inlets joined together so the noise cancels out from the two inlets, and i have it on a big piece of sponge to absorb shock and vibration

for my AV mini i use a 1 to 2 outlet splitter and only join them back up just befoer the airstone to reduce what little noise there is from the line.

For my air pump, i've got it suspended in mid air. Screwed a tiny hook into the underside of my cabinet, then tied using some fishing line my air pump to it leaving it swinging in mid air - no noise or vibration what so ever.
