how to make red honey gouramis happy ?

Hi,
just wondering if anyone has any special tips re these fish. I have four but am wondering what is a good amount and if and when I could put other dwarf gouramis in the tank ?

First of all, it would be great to know more about your tank - size, other inhabitants, etc. Also, do you know how many of the 4 are male or female?

Tank size is 120 litres. Sorry I am not sure of the exact US exchange as I'm a kiwi but 50 gallons is about 200 litres. Unsure of how to tell whether male or female.
