hello i have some nerite and they lay a lotta eggs
i was wondering if i can make the eggs hatch? i think i have a male or 2 in the tank

You will need a separate container/ tank to hatch them in due to the salt level in the water.

You can try them in rock salt and water, if they don't hatch or fail to get through the first few weeks, then try artificial marine salt.

I don't know the dose rate for making sea water but if can get a hydrometer that is normally used to make sea water or see if Google can help.

I don't know what the babies eat, they might need green water or they might be fine eating biofilm on the glass and ornaments.

that does not say much about breeding but lots of good care
do you think this is legit or should i not risk putting my snails into brakcish water

The link does have quite a lot on breeding nerites, explaining why it is very difficult to do. It explains the larval stages of the snail and what salinity they need. And it explains that little research has been done on what they eat and how often they need to be fed - and this lack of knowledge is probably the main reason people have failed to breed them.
And that what we think of as the eggs are actually egg clusters.
